Jen Downing is a visionary artist and art educator born and raised in Chicago, IL. Her body of work spans a variety of forms including intuitive process art, murals, portraits, and something she’s created called Spirit Sketches. She is deeply connected to the unseen world that most people relate to in the dream state. Her passion is teaching humans of all ages the practice of using mindfulness with art, visualizations in meditation, and creative self empowerment. She is also an Open Studio Process Art’s Facilitator, Akashic Records Reader, Shamanic Craniosacral therapist, and Reiki practitioner. Jen believes there is magic within everyone and finds joy in connecting individuals with their own creative light.

I apologize it has taken me so long to respond. It’s been quite awhile since I updated this blog. Currently making art out of my home still as I was never able to find the right space/ artist studio-mate.
